GRDC Grains Research Updates attracts bumper crowd of more than 600 to Crown Perth

WA’s biggest grains conference has made a triumphant return to its face-to-face format for the first time in two years, with more than 600 people turning out for the event. Farmers, agronomists and other industry representatives gathered at Crown Perth on February 27 and 28 for this year’s Grains Research Updates for a jam-packed program. The two-day event is co-ordinated by the Grains Research Development Corporation and delivered in partnership with the Grains Industry Association of WA. It was the first time the event had been held in-person since 2021, after last year’s Perth Research Updates last year were entirely online due to the State’s COVID-19 restrictions. Regional updates will be held across WA in coming weeks, with the first at Bencubbin on March 2, followed by Northampton (March 8), Dalwallinu (March 14), Albany (March 20), Hopetoun (March 22).
