Twinkling fairy lights and a marquee dinner on the lawn at York’s historic Faversham House set the perfect scene for a grain growers’ dinner on Friday night.

Hosted by CBH’s marketing and trading division, the annual dinner thanked growers for their loyalty and using the company’s grain marketing products.

CBH’s senior managers and business relationship managers joined about 60 farmers at the fine-dining event.

Guests enjoyed a series of meals using local ingredients by Australian pop-up dining specialists Fervor and wine paired by Skigh Wine.

With a focus on local produce, stand out ingredients included sandalwood nut, barramundi liver chips, emu liver pate, lamb backstap and lemon myrtle.
