Dowerin a big success

The Dowerin Ram Shed again put the Merino back into the State’s biggest field day event of the year last week.

It was an opportunity for Wheatbelt farmers to mix it up and consider alternatives presented by 28 Merino studs which displayed under the one big shed.

Ram Shed co-ordinator Brett Jones said the brilliant season had played out well for the field days, particularly for the sheep displays. Several visitors made inquiries with the Merino studs.
