National real estate and advisory firm, LAWD, is bolstering its presence in WA — opening its first regional office in Brunswick and hiring rural and lifestyle property professionals Don and Lorelle Fry to lead it. The power move comes just weeks after LAWD opened its West Perth office and nearly two years after the company announced its “boots on the ground” presence in WA in July 2021. Hiring the Frys could be a huge win for LAWD, with the couple having led the transaction of 260 properties with a collective value of almost $200 million during the past six years. “Don and Lorelle have an unrivalled knowledge of specialist property markets, including rural and lifestyle, that will perfectly complement LAWD’s broader network across the country,” Mr Foley said. “We have managed several larger corporate agricultural transactions in the West, including the recent sale of Cherylton Farms, however we are also firmly focused on optimally servicing local and regional clients. “Don and Lorelle are highly connected and respected within the State’s farm sector and bring the best connections and skills to deliver on this specialist offering.” Mr and Mrs Fry said they were delighted to join one of the fastest-growing and leading specialist property firms in the country to allow them to further enhance the services which they have offered rural and regional WA for three decades. “We understand the WA rural property market because we are based in the regions and are active participants in the agriculture sector ourselves, and will now collaborate with LAWD’s highly regarded national team to ensure we are delivering our clients a service that is truly industry leading,” Mr Fry said. “LAWD has quickly established itself as a firm focused on achieving optimal results and we are looking forward to enhancing what we do with the backing of a business of this scale and with these values.” Together, the Frys share almost 30 years’ experience in the property sector having worked extensively across the lifestyle and rural market, as well as with developers in the sale and marketing of a number of subdivisions throughout WA’s South West. The Frys also have extensive, hands-on experience in agriculture as directors of their family dairy enterprise, Katandra Farming, and have held numerous representative positions within the farming industry. The establishment of the LAWD Brunswick office comes following the recent official launch of the firm’s WA headquarters in Perth and is a further mark of its commitment to supporting the unique needs of the region’s property sector. Since inception in 2020, LAWD has quickly grown its national presence to include offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and other regional centres.
