Bicton is East Fremantle’s favourite sister – the home of delectable George Street. Bicton is also and a short five-10-minute drive, bus trip or casual bike ride to Fremantle – if you’re feeling adventurous, you could walk there - known for its colourful characters, beautiful architecture and cute cafes and restaurants –hide in the Moore and Moore garden with some food and digest some art at the connected gallery or grab yourself some natural wine and a cauliflower burger at Mother – previously known as The Raw Kitchen.

Bicton Baths is nestled under an array of trees – it has a small jetty which serves as a physical boarder for the locals who walk down with their towels and flippers to enjoy a swim in the Swan River – it’s the perfect spot for leisure and permeates the feeling of nostalgia.

Point Walter Reserve

Point Walter is the best of both worlds, perfect for those who want to sprawl across some lawn whilst a BBQ is cooking or a walk on the sand by the river.

Black Wall Reach

Located in close vicinity to Point Walter, Black Wall Reach is famous for its amazing river views lined by sharp and multi-shaped yellow cliff faces and tracks to meander through – shaded by trees which are home to a variety of birds.
