Volkswagen Amarok deals bring savings of up to $9000
The Volkswagen Amarok is being offered with a handful of sharp drive-away deals from now until the end of next month, with entry-level and flagship variants subject to discounts of up to $9000.
Model year 2024 (MY24) versions of the Amarok Core, PanAmericana and Aventura are being advertised with national drive-away pricing until the end of this financial year, priced from $53,990, $76,990 and $79,990 drive-away respectively.
The offers bring the price of entry into the Amarok range down by more than $6000 for the Amarok Core TDI405, while the PanAmericana and Aventura deals bring discounts amounting to $8000-9000 based on a Sydney postcode.
For reference, usual list pricing for each variant is $55,490, $78,990 and $82,990 before on-road costs.

Volkswagen is touting the base Core TDI405’s new positioning against more budget-oriented dual-cab utes.
The Core’s promotional drive-away offer puts it within $1000 of the Mitsubishi Triton GLX+, which is currently being advertised for $52,990 drive-away.
Meanwhile, the Amarok PanAmericana TDI600 compares favourably with the related Ford Ranger Wildtrak V6, which based on a Sydney postcode costs around $82,200 drive-away.
The more road-focused Aventura TDI600 and TSI452 are now almost $10,000 more attainable than a Ranger Platinum V6 (~$88,210 D/A).
Feature highlights include contrast stitched leather trim, power-adjustable front seats, 12-inch Digital Cockpit, Matrix LED headlights and a Harman Kardon premium audio system in the PanAmericana, with the Aventura adding 21-inch alloy wheels and a power retractable roller cover.
The Core TDI405 is powered by a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo-diesel making 125kW of power and 405Nm of torque, sent to the road through a six-speed automatic transmission and part-time four-wheel drive system with selectable 2H, 4H, and 4L modes.
PanAmericana and Aventura TDI600 variants pack a 3.0-litre V6 turbo-diesel making 184kW and 600Nm, mated with a 10-speed automatic and full-time four-wheel drive.
The Aventura TSI452 features a 2.3-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine familiar from the likes of the Ford Focus RS and Mustang EcoBoost, making 222kW/452Nm. Like the V6, it’s mated with a 10-speed auto and full-time 4×4.
Promotional drive-away pricing for the MY24 Volkswagen Amarok Core, PanAmericana and Aventura is available from today (May 1) until June 30, 2025.
