Backed by McNally Group’s 20-plus years of experience in the modular building industry, MIRA Residential delivers high-quality prefabricated homes – constructed quickly, efficiently and to an exacting level of detail – straight to your site.
MIRA Residential General Manager Natalie Lawrence said modular construction was an exciting modern alternative to traditional building methodologies, which had seen a number of constraints over the last several years.
She said MIRA Residential’s biggest drawcard had proven to be its short timeframes, with the company able to construct dwellings in just 12 weeks, followed by one to two weeks for installation onsite.
Construction takes place within a factory, ensuring rigorous quality control and efficiency.
Certainty is another part of MIRA Residential’s appeal, enhanced by its commitment to the customer experience.
“We still go through the same pre-construction process – structural engineering, energy compliance and building permits – then when we get to construction, we have a dedicated timeline and work to it,” Ms Lawrence said.
“We offer transparency through our online portal, where clients can view real-time updates and photographs of their home’s progress and conduct inspections before delivery.
“Customer service is a key pillar of our offering. Being a Western Australian-owned-and-operated family-run business, our culture and values are embedded in everything we do, which has a positive impact on clients’ experience.”

Ms Lawrence said modular housing was particularly suitable for regional areas, where the higher costs and scarcity of trades often made it difficult to build a residence the traditional way.
“We’ve had clients engage with us because they have a property overlooking a valley and want minimum disruption to their land, neighbours and wildlife,” she said.
“We’re able to do all the manufacturing offsite, then deliver and install within seven days.
“Instead of a year’s impact on your land, it’s just a week.
“It’s also exciting that we’re seeing clients choose modular in new land estates across the South West and Mid West – people are realising they can build modular without sacrificing quality, appearance or design features.”
MIRA Residential offers more than 20 customisable standard designs, as well as the option for custom creations, giving clients the ability to shape their home into a reflection of their personality and lifestyle.
“We work with a wide range of clients – from downsizers and first homebuyers to families – which is why we offer configurations from one to five-bedroom homes,” Ms Lawrence said.
“Many people start with one of our existing designs and alter it to suit their property, while others are happy with what we’ve already designed.”
Interior design is approached with the same thoughtful customer-centric philosophy.
“Whether they like a mid-century modern, country or contemporary style, we’re able to use materials and colours to achieve the outcome they’re after,” Ms Lawrence said.
Standard inclusions in a MIRA Residential home range from Fisher & Paykel appliances, Alder tapware and Seima basins to polytec cabinetry and Stone Ambassador surfaces, with the online portal showing what can be upgraded during the prestart phase.
Ms Lawrence said interested parties could visit MIRA Residential’s display home, The Inspire, at Osborne Park to experience the premium design standards in person.
“Seeing the level of quality and specification allows people to get excited about modular being the right fit for them and their residence,” she said.

The Inspire is located at 78 Walters Drive, Osborne Park and is open for viewing on Mondays to Thursdays from 8.30am-4.30pm, Fridays from 8.30am-4pm and Saturdays from 9am-1pm.
