Event Cinemas at Westfield Whitford City rolled out the red carpet for the Perth premiere of Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning.
Tom Cruise fans sucked on red slushies and munched down popcorn as they witnessed the latest instalment in the famous franchise which comes out in cinemas on Saturday.
The plot picks up after the events of Dead Reckoning, where an evil artificial intelligence called the Entity has assumed control of the internet, reshaping humanity’s perception of the truth to pit countries against each other and establish a doomsday cult to help it take over the world.
Moviegoers felt they were right in Ethan Hunt’s world when a small band from the Perth Symphony Orchestra played the Mission Impossible theme song as the audience found their seats.
