NSW skydiver dies in uncontrolled landing
A skydiver in his 70s has died after making an uncontrolled landing on the NSW mid-north coast.
Emergency services were called to Taree Airport about 11.45am after the man jumped out of a plane.
He was rushed to Manning Base Hospital but died a short time later.
Police are investigating the man's death and the Australian Transport Safety Bureau has been notified.
