It was a thrilling Broome Basketball Association Grand Final on Wednesday night, with a crowd gathering at the Broome Recreation and Aquatic Centre to watch the Mp Boys and the Kings go head to head and see which one would take home the premiership.

It was a ferocious battle on the court with blood being spilled in the final minutes of the game with one player suffering from a bloodied nose.

But after the blood had been mopped up, the game continued on with the Mp Boys down with only a few minutes left of the game.

The Mp Boys then pulled out all the stops, making several remarkably quick scores to secure the win by just one point in the final seconds of the match, 33 to 32.
