Motorcyclist found dead at the scene of crash on Thomas Road in Oakford on Monday morning

A motorcyclist has died after a crash in Oakford on Monday morning.

Police received reports of a crash that occurred in Oakford just after 3am.

Police said that on arrival “a motorcyclist was located deceased” on Thomas Road.

Thomas Road between Tonkin Highway and Hopkinson Road remains closed.

Motorists should avoid the area to reduce congestion.
