Geraldton Soccer Round 2/3 Wrap: Chapman Athletic maintain their unbeaten start to the season

Round three of the Geraldton Men’s Soccer League continued on Wednesday night at GBSC sports park with Chapman Athletic defeating La Fiamma 2-0.

Geraldton Rovers Soccer Club secured a 3-1 victory over Abrolhos FC, while Olympic FC had a bye.

After those results, Olympic remain top of the table on goal difference with Chapman in second.

On Monday night, the women’s teams faced off in round two.

Abrolhos edged out a tight result against Rovers SC, winning 2-1.

In the other game, Chapman put three first half goals past Marconi, coming out 6-1 winners at full time.

Olympic FC suffered a 5-0 defeat to La Fiamma.

After round two, La Fiamma sit in first place on the table with Abrolhos in second.
