Lotto Draw 4633: West Aussie wins $2 million in Millionaire Medley Black Friday special

One lucky West Aussie has scored a life-changing $2 million after becoming the sole division one winner on the final night of Lotterywest’s Black Friday doubled-winnings promotion.

The Sandgroper was the only person in Australia to hit the Millionaire Medley jackpot on Wednesday, with the winning numbers 15, 2, 38, 37, 22 and 35, plus supplementary numbers 39 and 6.

Thanks to the Black Friday special — which doubled prizes across three draws on November 28, December 1 and December 3 — the usual $1m division one payout was boosted to a massive $2m.

It wasn’t just the top prize paying out, either. Three WA players collected $28,513.20 each in division two, alongside three interstate winners.

The mid-week win follows a strong weekend for local punters, after a West Aussie pocketed $791,600.91 in Saturday’s Lotto draw, one of eight division one winners nationally.

Lotterywest spokesperson Jake Battrick said WA was on track to surpass last year’s tally of Saturday Lotto division one wins.

“This year’s division one Saturday Lotto winners have shared in more than $70 million, which is a brilliant result for WA players,” he said.
