Declyn McNamara: Police release new details amid Perth-wide search for missing teen boy

A major search effort is underway for a teenage boy missing from Perth’s northern suburbs not seen in 23 days.

WA Police issued an alert asking for help finding 14-year-old Declyn McNamara on Wednesday morning.

He was last seen on Methuen Way in Duncraig on April 6.

Hillarys Police said he was believed to be frequenting the Alkimos area and northern suburb shopping centres.

Declyn is described as light skinned, 5ft 7in (170cm) tall, with a slim build, short dirty blonde hair and blue eyes.

He wears oversized t-shirts, black clothing, jeans, black shoes and often wears a grey Hoodrich hoodie, which he wears in the photo being circulated by police.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Declyn is urged to call police on 131444 and quote CAD job 320738.
