Rockingham Detectives investigate indecent assault of teenage girl

Rockingham Detectives are investigating an alleged Indecent Assault in Cooloongup yesterday.

About 4.30pm, a man approached a teenage girl that was in the Don Cuthbertson Reserve and indecently assaulted her, police say.

The man is described as approximately 40-50 years-old, fair skinned, greying hair and having a noticeable growth on his right cheek. He was wearing a blue flannel T-shirt with red stripes and light blue ripped jeans.

The man appears to have a limp.

Police have released a composite image of the man who they believe assaulted the girl.

Police would like anyone who witnessed the incident, has dash-cam vision from the Don Cuthbertson Reserve Cooloongup area around the time of the incident or who has information to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or to make a report online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au
