Perth: Traffic flowing again after lane closures cause headaches following crash at Albany and Leach highways
Traffic is flowing again after a crash caused various lane closures in Perth’s south.
Emergency services were forced to close the right turn lane at the intersection of Albany and Leach highways eastbound in Bentley after the accident.
Police, ambulance and towing services were on site, with motorists urged to avoid the area.
Main Roads WA advises that the crash has now been cleared and traffic is flowing freely.
Tyre debris at the Tonkin Highway northbound exit to Guildford Road in Bayswater has also been cleared, with no traffic delays.
Motorists should use caution on the Kwinana Freeway northbound before Roe Highway in South Lake with a vehicle in the left emergency lane after a breakdown.
And proceed with caution on Mitchell Freeway southbound before Loftus Street in Leederville, with a breakdown leaving a vehicle in the left emergency lane.
