Connor Blakely: Thrived in the wet conditions as one of the bigger bodies on the field.

Heath Chapman: Best for the Thunder in his first game back from a hamstring injury.

Neil Erasmus: A strong showing at the clearances in torrid conditions.

Joel Hamling: Was well beaten by Tyler Keitel before injuring his hip late.

Matthew Johnson: A quiet game and looked to have injured his groin in the final term.

Sebit Kuek: Threw his body around and did his best to be a target in wet conditions.

Lloyd Meek: Dominated in the ruck with 51 hit-outs and was a big presence in the wet.

Sam Sturt: Started well with a high work ethic but faded as the game went on.

Josh Treacy: A goal courtesy of a 50m penalty was the highlight of his day.
