Assemblies have been the choice of farmers in the Eastern States for well over a decade, where precise depth control and perfect seed-to-soil contact, is paramount for ultimate germination.

Fitted throughout your existing seeding bar, the RP2 Sow and Press assembly is mounted to the existing frame.

With the main ripping tyne continually chattering in even the loosest of soils and breaking out in tighter country, the main benefit of the Knuckey Sowing Assemblies is that they are fitted independently to this tyne.

Importantly, this ensures that the constant movement of the front ripping tyne has absolutely no effect on seed placement.

This is a common sense approach overlooked by many competitors, where sowing assemblies are mounted to the tyne.

The RP2 assembly includes a heavy duty mount and a pivoting main arm, allowing for cornering and steering around obstacles in the field.

A single-pin height adjuster allows changes to seed depths through a series of holes.

This ensures the seed is placed precisely where it should be.

Adjustable spring press wheel pressure for any conditions and soil types is another beneficial feature.

An 18-inch press wheel maximises bearing life because there are fewer rotations required than with 15-inch press wheels.

The RP2 Sow and Press assembly also has an array of profiles to best suit your conditions.

A range of sowing tubes have been developed to suit all soil seed types.

By adding Knuckey Sowing Assemblies to an existing air seeder, growers can gain maximum precision when undertaing planting.

These assemblies can be fitted throughout existing bars, including Flexicoil, Horwood Bagshaw, Morris, Simplicity, Shearer, Gason, Bourgault and many others.

The original and the best, Knuckey Assemblies are built to last, unlike many other lighter imitations on the market.

If it is just soil-to-seed contact that’s required, Knuckey also manufactures tandem press wheel assemblies to be mounted out the back of an air seeder or drill.

And that’s not all; Knuckey also makes harvesting equipment, rock windrowers, round and square feedout machines, hay mowers, container fillers, coulter systems and compost turners.
