Lachie Neale scandal: Jules Neale sends subtle message with Taylor Swift-backed Instagram post

Jules Neale has taken to Instagram to share some happy snaps, posting a sun-soaked Instagram carousel after the breakdown of her marriage to Brisbane Lions player Lachie Neale.
Now based back in Perth with her children and family, Jules posted a series of upbeat images showing her smiling in a blue polka-dot bikini and brown cowboy hat, alongside shots with friends.
The post was accompanied with a Taylor Swift song, with fans quick to label the song choice as anything but accidental.
Jules offered a simple caption “🫶”, letting the happy snaps — and the lyrics — do the talking.
Song Father Figure, pulled from Taylor Swift’s latest album, features lines centred on confrontation, self-protection and consequences, prompting followers to interpret the post as a quiet declaration of moving forward.
Telling lyrics from the song include “You’ll be sleeping with the fishes before you know you’re drowning” and “Who covered up your scandals?” — lyrics that parallel the public scandal surrounding the Brisbane Lion’s “betrayal”.
Fans flocked to comment below’s Jules posts with one user commenting “ Song choice is 💯 and so are YOU ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥”.
Another user took to the comment section praising Jules, “If you one of my daughters, I’d be so proud of you hunny. All are behind you❤️Well done”.
It comes after the husband caught in the middle of the alleged affair between his wife and Brisbane Lions star Lachie Neale finally broke his silence — but only briefly.
Ben Crosley, whose wife Tess has been linked to Brisbane Lions player Lachie Neale in recent weeks, confirmed the couple are no longer living together when approached at the family’s Camp Hill home on Sunday according to the Daily Mail.
Since returning back home to WA, Jules has been spotted with friends at Perth cafes and appears to be healing with family back in her home state.
Just hours before her Instagram post went live, Perth-based talent agency One Daydream announced Jules had joined its agency.
“Jules is a Perth-based talent with a strong presence across beauty, fashion and lifestyle,” the agency said, praising her background in hair styling and her “polished yet effortless” aesthetic.
Meanwhile, Tess Crosley has quietly disappeared from Jules’s social media, with past images no longer up on the grid, similarly all images of Lachie Neale have been removed as well.
