Premier Mark McGowan will join Police Minister Paul Papalia to provide an update on the investigation into Cleo Smith’s alleged abduction.

The little girl spent her first night at home in the arms of her family: mum Ellie, stepdad Jake Gliddon and baby sister Isla.
