Mandurah Estuary Bridge: Major road closed northbound after bus crash

Mandurah Estuary Bridge northbound is closed and causing chaos for commuters following a crash involving a bus on Wednesday morning.

There are reports of traffic banked up as far as Halls Head College.

Three cars and a bus were involved in the pile up.

St John Ambulances arrived at the scene before 9am and a woman in her 20s, and a man in his 50s were taken to Peel Health Campus under normal road conditions.

Morning traffic on the Bridge is already slow due to the duplication project that began last year.

Mandurah Road eastbound between Old Coast Road and Leslie also remains closed from August 5 to 8 between 7pm and 5am to facilitate roadworks in the area.
