A woman is being treated for an electric shock at a home in Perth’s east.

St John WA rushed to the scene after reports a woman — aged in her 40’s — had suffered an electric shock at a property in Mundijong about 8.15am on Wednesday.

Paramedics are preparing to take the woman to Fiona Stanley Hospital.

Her injuries are non-life threatening.

The incident was not a result of the storm.
