Bec Judd pays tribute to her ‘poppy’ as she attends his funeral in Perth

Australian socialite and influencer Bec Judd has given her sombre reason for her surprise Perth visit.

Travelling alongside her husband and former star footballer Chris, Judd had been to Rotto and stayed at Crown Towers with her family.

But the motivation behind her visit had not yet been known until now.

It appears Judd was in Perth to pay tribute to her pop, who recently passed away.

In a heartfelt Instagram story, the socialite wrote: “reunited in heaven today”.

“RIP Poppy, so glad I got to say goodbye and tell you I love you.”

Earlier in the piece, the 41-year-old spent the school holidays with her husband and children in Perth after taking aim at the Victorian Justice system’s handling of youth crime in her ritzy Melbourne suburb.

The glamourous family lapped up WA’s sunshine on Rottnest Island after the model posted a selfie on Instagram on Wednesday on a Rottnest Island ferry.

On Thursday, the mother-of-four provided another update on her time in Perth.

She posted another selfie on Instagram, this time alongside Perth-based photographer and filmmaker Bernard Marcelo, who hinted at a new project.

It appears Judd is collaborating on a new campaign with jewellery brand Pandora.
