Baldivis incident: Homicide squad charge woman with murder over DV murder of man at Bramall Terrace home

A woman has been charged with the stabbing murder of her partner in Baldivis. Homicide squad detectives charged the 44-year-old woman over the death of a 49-year-old man on Tuesday night. Police said that they responded to reports of a serious incident at a home on Bramall Terrace in Baldivis about 6.40pm. The man was critically injured and was taken to Rockingham Hospital by St John WA, where he died. It is understood the man who died was the woman’s partner. On Wednesday morning, neighbour Kara Hiding said that she was driving past the house just before 7pm and saw the man on a stretcher. “We drove past, we saw someone on a stretcher getting into an ambulance,” she said. “We did see a lady there going into a paddy wagon. “I’ve got kids, so, yeah, it was a bit scary.” Ms Hiding said it was not the first time she had heard a “commotion” coming from the home, where she believed that a teenage boy also lived. The woman from Baldivis will face Perth Magistrates Court on Friday.
