Coldplay fans who missed out tickets to the superstar band’s two sold-out Perth shows in November will have a final chance to secure tickets this weekend.

Fifteen double passes are up for grabs during Telethon — and all it takes is a simple donation.

Fans who pledge money by phone or online between 9am and 12pm on Sunday will go into the running for Category A tickets to the first of Coldplay’s two shows at Optus Stadium on November 18.

Donated by the WA Government, five double passes will be given away each hour with the winners of all 15 announced on air during the Telethon broadcast on Sunday afternoon.

Deputy Premier and Tourism Minister Rita Saffioti said the State Government was thrilled to be giving away the exclusive tickets at Telethon.

“If you missed out on Coldplay tickets earlier this year, now’s your chance to win a double pass while also supporting a fantastic and worthy cause,” Ms Saffioti said.

“Our government is so excited to be giving this opportunity to a handful of lucky Western Australians — all you have to do is dig deep and donate to Telethon on Sunday between 9am and 12pm!”

Perth is the only Australian city on Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres world tour in a major tourism win for the State.

To go into the draw, call 1300 737 507 or visit telethon7.com.au to donate between 9am and 12pm on Sunday.
