If you’ve been eyeing this year’s Pair’d Margaret River Region festival but missed out on some of its hottest tickets, don’t despair, there are still plenty of fun experiences to book.
While headline events including Nature’s Table, Burnt Ends and Friends, the 41st Cullen International Chardonnay Tasting and even the eye-watering $1,000-a-head History Makers have already sold out, Wine on the Water remains one of the best-value ways to experience the festival.
Taking place on Friday November 20, the 2.5-hour sunset cruise invites guests aboard luxury catamaran Alison Maree for an unforgettable evening on the sparkling waters of Geographe Bay.
Hosted by the team from Clairault Streicker, the experience pairs guided tastings of the winery’s acclaimed wines with substantial canapes prepared by head chef Michael Talbott, all while the sun sets over the Indian Ocean.
It’s a chance to see the Margaret River coastline from a different perspective, as the catamaran glides across one of Western Australia’s most picturesque stretches of coastline.
Tickets are $256 per person, which includes the 2.5-hour cruise, guided wine tastings and a generous selection of canapes.
The cruise departs from the Pro Fisherman Boat Ramp in Quindalup at 4.30pm, with guests asked to arrive 15 minutes before departure.
