A lucky group of 15 West Aussies have shared in a big dose of cost-of-living relief after their punt turned into a $2.6 million pay day.

The Saturday Lotto division one winning ticket was purchased by a syndicate from Spearwood Heights Newsagency.

Each syndicate member has taken home more than $185,000, thanks to prizes also won across other divisions on their entry.

The winning ticket was one of two division one winners across the nation and the second from a syndicate in the State in as many weeks, after 50 staff from Fiona Stanley Hospital shared a $4 million division one win.

Lotterywest spokesperson Emma Rogers said: “It’s always fantastic to hear that a prize will be shared between a group of family, friends or work colleagues.”

Another four West Aussies also scored a division two Saturday Lotto prize of more than $12,000 each.

The tickets were purchased from Armadale City Lotteries, Belvidere Newsagency in Belmont, Jackpot Lottery Centre in Mirrabooka, and Melville Newspower.

The winning numbers from the weekend’s Saturday Lotto draw were 10, 5, 30, 32, 42, and 34, and the supplementary numbers were 45 and 19.

The next chance for WA players to join the winners’ list is in OZ Lotto’s $30 million jackpot this Tuesday.

Tickets are available until 6pm on draw day from Lotterywest in-store, online and via the app.
