A reader heading to Bali has been struggling with the eVisa process — and ended up paying $470 for herself and her husband.
She says: “Now I have duplicate documents and I don’t know which one is correct and whether it is actually valid or not. How can I verify what is correct and how can I get a refund for the additional visas I’ve purchased which I will not need? So far it has cost me $470 for myself and my husband.”
