Yarri Bar + Restaurant
Aaron Carr has come a long way from the lad who grew up on meat and three veg, with no ties to the food or hospitality industry. The Yarri Bar + Restaurant chef now runs his own restaurant in Dunsborough, has cooked alongside some of the world’s leading chefs, and has picked up a slew of awards along the way. Now the father of two is adding a new chapter: a six-week residency at Crown Perth. The pop-up will run from July 28 to September 5, promising to showcase local ingredients in his signature modern Australian style.
Skin DNA Report
A simple swab test could be the first step in understanding and improving your long-term skin health, with Applecross clinic Skin Collective launching the Skin DNA report. The diagnostic service “analyses a client’s genetic make-up to design bespoke skincare and treatment plans grounded in science” with the process also including a skin analysis and consultation with a specialist. Skin Collective founder Sara Lavis says by adding the science to its assessment process clients will receive more targeted and effective results. More details at skincollective.com.au.
