Michael John O’Halloran: Man accused of indecent dealings and recording a child faces District Court trial

A man will fight several child sex charges that are alleged to have happened in 2021. Michael John O’Halloran, 75, appeared in Narrogin Magistrates Court last Tuesday where he officially entered pleas on three child abuse charges. He pleaded not guilty to two counts of indecently dealing with a child and indecently recording the same child. It is the fifth time Mr O’Halloran’s matters have faced the court after he was charged for the offences which are alleged to have occurred between March 1 and September 14, 2021 in Pingelly. The charges had been read out and understood by the accused on a previous appearance. Mr O’Halloran’s bail was extended and he will face trial in Albany District Court on September 3.
