Perth traffic: Tonkin Highway northbound closed to motorists after truck rollover

A major highway in Perth’s north-east has been closed after a truck rollover, causing a headache for drivers.

The northbound lanes of Tonkin Highway have been closed near the exit to Brand Highway in Muchea after a truck towing a trailer rolled over onto its side.

Main Roads WA said the off-ramp for Brand Highway has been partially blocked by the truck.

Emergency services remain at the scene.

Motorists have been urged to use other routes.
