Kwinana Freeway congested after truck rollover southbound near Canning Highway

Motorists are being urged to avoid a major Perth freeway after a truck rollover reduced the road to a single lane.

The rollover occurred on the Kwinana Freeway southbound after the Canning Highway exit just after 3pm.

The driver is not believed to be injured.

A photo of the rollover — shared on Main Roads WA — shows the truck spread across the middle and right lanes.

Traffic is heavy on approach as police attend the scene and drivers are reminded to drive with caution while they are reduced to the left lane.
