Top-gun shearer Damien Boyle could not be unseated at the Katanning Show Shears held on Saturday at the town’s show grounds.

The unstoppable Tambellup talent continued to impress with another open title win with quality shearing and consistency on the handpiece.

He was not to finish first on the boards, leaving that strategy to Boyup Brook’s Luke Harding who placed second for his efforts. Chief judge David Lawrence said Boyle shore the cleanest, finishing his 10 sheep in reasonable time.
