The offer is to celebrate the Australian company’s 35th anniversary of expedition cruising, and is for new bookings on some voyages with All-Inclusive Activities in the 2027 season.
A spokesperson for Aurora says: “These activity-packed itineraries give expeditioners the opportunity to fully embrace the Antarctic, with all activities including paddling, camping, snowshoeing and snorkelling included in the activity cost.
“This is the first year that Aurora is offering paddling as part of its renowned activity suite, giving expeditioners the chance to paddle among icebergs in protected bays and glimpse the wildlife up close.
“For the ultimate overnight adventure in Antarctica, travellers can even opt to camp on the ice for an unforgettable bucket-list experience.”

+ October 31, 2027, to November 13, 2027, on the ship Douglas Mawson, is from $22,454 per person, twin share (up to 20 per cent savings).
+ November 13, 2027, to November 26, 2027, on Greg Mortimer, from $25,261pp, twin share (up to 10 per cent off).
+ November 25, 2027, to December 8, 2027, on Greg Mortimer, from $23,858pp, twin share (up to 15 per cent off).

Snowshoeing Each expeditioner has snowshoes and ski poles and will be led by Aurora Expeditions’ expert guides. It is an excellent way to ascend to some of Antarctica’s best vantage points.
Camping Roll out a sleeping mat and get into a thermal sleeping bag for a night on the ice.
